This filter presents a higher level of comfort for the user, for a longer period of time and an increase in resistance to high temperatures.
Approved for protection against dust, metal fumes and mists with or without oil. The filter saturates more slowly, due to the covered design that excludes the larger particles; It is designed for strenuous work, resistant to moisture and high temperatures. Fits all 3M ™ Series 6000 respirators, 3M ™ Series 7000 full face respirators and the new 3M ™ 7500 Series
 
Correctly equipped, used in a variety of applications including welding, blasting, copeline cutting, metal spillage and exposure to lead, asbestos, casmium, arsenic and MDA for concentrations up to 10 times higher than the permissible exposure limit (PEL) with averages masks or 50 times the PEl with full masks. Full masks must be quantitatively tested to claim the assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. Do not use in mind that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
