Approved for protection against dust and mists with or without oil and is designed for maximum filtering efficiency.

Use with 3M series 5000 respirators or 3m 6000 series cartridges with 3M 502 adapter or 3M series 6000, 7000 and FF-400 full and half masks with bayonet filter holder. When properly adjusted, use in a variety of applications including welding, torch cutting, metal pouring and for exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic and MDS for concentrations up to 10 times higher than the permissible exposure limit (PEL) with half masks or 50 times above the PL for full masks. Full masks must pass a quantitative fit test to claim the assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. Do not use in environments that represent an immediate danger to life or health (DILH).
